If you have previously added a ride cancellation using the Here Comes the Bus app (see Canceling a Ride for details), you can review that cancellation, make changes to it, or delete it by following these steps:
- Log in to HCTB. (See Logging In to Here Comes the Bus for details, if needed.)
The Here Comes the Bus Home screen will appear.
- Tap Cancel-a-Ride.
The Cancel-a-Ride screen will appear.
Note: If you have any active ride cancellations, their count will appear at the top left of the Review Cancellations icon (
). - Tap in the row of the student whose cancellation you want to view, modify, or delete.
Caution: Make sure not to tap to the left of the icon or the student's name; that will bring up the screen to add another cancellation.
All the cancellations you've previously submitted for the student will be displayed in a list.
- You can scroll down to view all the cancellations.
- To make changes to a ride cancellation, tap Edit under its summary data.
The Cancel-a-Ride options will be displayed.
Follow the steps in Canceling a Ride to make your edits.
When you tap Confirm, you'll be returned to the list of your ride cancellations.
- To delete a ride cancellation, tap Delete under its summary data.
A confirmation dialog box will appear.
Tap Yes.
- You can tap the Back icon to return to the Cancel-a-Ride screen.
