If you would like to change the language of your Here Comes the Bus (HCTB) notifications to English, French, or Spanish on the website, follow these steps:

Note: You can't change the language of all the text on the HCTB website using the procedure below. This depends on the language setting you have chosen for your browser. For example, if your browser's language is set to Spanish, when you launch https://login.herecomesthebus.com, the website will detect the browser's default language and automatically display the text in Spanish.

If you need to change all the text to English, French, or Spanish, first go to the Settings page in your browser and make that language the default.

Also note that these are currently the only three languages supported by HCTB. If your browser's default is a different one, the website will display the text in English.

If you are already logged in to the HCTB website and then change your browser's language, you will need to refresh the page in order for the text to be displayed in the new one.

  1. Log in to HCTB. (See Logging In to and Out of the Here Comes the Bus Website for details, if needed.)

The Here Comes the Bus Map screen will appear.

  2. Click the My Account tab.

  3. Scroll down to the Notification Language area.

  4. Click the radio button for the language in which you want to receive your notifications (English, French, or Spanish).

A success message will appear at the top of the screen.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the notification language change to take effect.
