If you'd like to see the Terms of Service to which you agreed when you created a Here Comes the Bus (HCTB) account — including how CalAmp plans to protect your personal data, CalAmp's reserved rights, conditions of use, disclaimers, system requirements, and cancellation policies — you can view them via the app by following these steps:
- Log in to HCTB. (See Logging In to Here Comes the Bus for details, if needed.)
The Here Comes the Bus Home screen will appear.
- Tap Help at the bottom right of the screen.
The Help screen will appear.
- Tap Terms of Service.
The CalAmp website will appear.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Legal.
- You can download the CalAmp Master Agreement PDF from there.
- You can find the privacy policy by tapping Privacy Policy at the bottom of the screen and scrolling down to the "Here Comes the Bus" bullet.
