If you need to remove a push contact (such as an old mobile device you have replaced) or an added email address from your Here Comes the Bus (HCTB) account, follow these steps:
Note: You can't delete the email address you used to set up your HCTB account on the Contacts screen. To remove it, you need to delete your account entirely. (See Deleting Your Here Comes the Bus Account for details.)
If you need to just change the email address you use to both log in to HCTB and receive email notifications, you can do so by completing the procedure at Changing Your Account Email Address or Profile Name.
- Log in to HCTB. (See Logging In to Here Comes the Bus for details, if needed.)
The Here Comes the Bus Home screen will appear.
- Tap Settings.
The Settings screen will appear.
- Tap Contacts.
The Contacts screen will appear.
- To delete a push contact, tap the Push Notification drop-down arrow.
To delete an added email address, tap the Email drop-down arrow.
All the mobile devices associated with your account will be listed under Push Notification, and your email contacts will be displayed under Email.
- In the row of the device or email address you want to remove from your account, tap .
A confirmation dialog box will appear.
- Tap Remove.
A success dialog box will appear.
- Tap OK.
