If you've opened the Here Comes the Bus website or app and not seen the bus stop data you expect to, it may be because by default the Map screen shows the bus route's stops for the current time of day, as follows:
- AM: The bus's morning route/stops, from midnight to 10:00 a.m.
- MID: The bus's midday route/stops, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- PM: The bus's afternoon route/stops, from 1:30 p.m. to midnight.
You can select to see your student's stops for a different time of day. To do so on the website, follow these steps:
- On the Map tab, click the Time of Day drop-down arrow.
- Click the time range of the stop you would like to see.
Its stop data will appear.
To view your student's stops for a different time of day when using the app, follow these steps:
- On the Map screen, tap the Current Timespan drop-down arrow at the bottom right of the screen.
A list of the stop time ranges that apply to your student will appear.
- Tap the time range of the stop you would like to see.
Its stop data will appear.
