To change your password after you've logged in, follow these steps:

Note: If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, see Resetting a Forgotten Password from the Login Screen.

  1. Click the My Account tab.
     
  2. Scroll down to the Change Password area.
     
     

  3. Type the password you are currently using in the Current Password box.
     

  4. Type the password you would like to switch to in the Password box.
    Note: Your password must be between 8 and 16 characters and contain at least one of each of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a special character, and a number.
  5. Type the new password again in the Confirm Password box.
     
  6. Click Change Password.
     
    A success message will appear to the right of the Change Password button.
      
    You'll also receive an email, informing you that your password has been changed.
